Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, timelines, or approvals.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, assets, content, and feedback needed to complete the project.

Delays in receiving required content or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Revision limits depend on the selected package or written agreement. Once a design or milestone is approved, later changes may be treated as additional work.

We aim to be flexible, but major scope changes are quoted separately when needed.

Where included, domain and hosting benefits apply for the first agreed term only. Renewal pricing, maintenance, and third-party costs may apply after that period.

Third-party services such as domains, email providers, analytics tools, or ad platforms may have their own terms and fees.

We work carefully to deliver websites and support, but we do not guarantee rankings, uninterrupted third-party services, or specific business outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, Ally Web is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.
